Coffee breaks (due to Covid-19 potential restrictions, all of the events that are meant to be for networking and sharing with other people, will be subject to evaluation according to the pandemic situation at the Lab’s time).
THE FEES DOESN’T INCLUDE: Airline tickets, accommodation and food and medical insurance.
Total refund up to 2 weeks before the lab: If the accepted participant notifies us that he/she can’t attend the Lab up to 2 weeks before the lab starts, and has already paid the total amount, he/she will be able to request a refund with no explanations needed (except €100 EUR non-refundable for administrative costs and transfers fees).
Refund of 50% for not satisfaction: During the Lab, if the participant is not satisfied, he/she may request at the end of the second day, a refund of half of the total paid with no explanations needed.
